Biobake 715 Conc

“Biobake 715 Conc is a polysaccharide degrading enzyme system derived from a selected genetically modified Aspergillus strain. Biobake 715 Conc is a low dust product which contains microgranular enzymes. This product is made from a natural raw material and as such may be subject to some batch to batch colour and/or odour variation, but these variations are not an indicator of enzyme activity and do not impact on product performance.”

“The enzymes present in Biobake 715 Conc degrade large polysaccharides which interfere with the production of an effective gluten network.

For any specific application, it is recommended that trials should be carried out in order to optimise the dose rate.”
