“BioGox is derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. BioGox is a low dust product which contains microgranulated glucose oxidase. This product is made from a natural raw material and as such may be subject to some batch to batch colour and/or odour variation, but these variations are not an indicator of enzyme activity and do not impact on product performance.”

The recommended dose rate is usually in the range of 2-70 ppm on flour weight. Overdosing results in too strong gluten. BioGox is also used in other applications such as toothpaste, chewing gum and cosmetics”
